Smaugtober - Stork Wyvern

Stork Wyverns are fairly inoffensive dragons, with a wingspan of up to 3.5 meters, being found in India and sub-Saharan Africa. They usually frequent well-watered or well-vegetated areas, stalking in search of fish, frogs, lizards and rodents as well as large insects such as locusts. Their large wings allow them to fly very well, and to soar on thermals when travelling from place to place.
